So… I covered the Fred Perry sample sale for Racked over a month ago.  (Mah B, sorry mum!) In retrospect, I was a little harsh on the sale.  It wasn’t so bad - I was just broke and had been wandering around Chelsea for half an hour trying to find the place.  (Also, I added a tag - Sample Sales!)

Back to the grind - CB2 saw a Top Chef alum, a big ol’ fancy hotel, and a bunch of other people clammering for liquor licenses.  Because clearly this is the best time ever to open a restaurant.
